ELSE GETAWAY // PROVENCE
Summer travel is almost here. In honor of the season, ELSE founder Ela Onur shares some of her favorite places to visit in the south of France—and the sleek swim wear from our 2026 collection that she’s packing.

Favorite Villages
Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, Roussillon, and Gordes—to me, they’re some of the most picturesque towns in Provence.

Favorite Hotel
The historic, secluded Crillon Le Brave is perched on a hilltop overlooking vineyards and breathtaking Mont Ventoux, and feels more like a little 18th century village than a hotel.

Favorite Sunday
I love going to the Sunday antique market in L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue and having a long, leisurely lunch at Le Jardin du Quai.

Favorite Dinner
Head to the leafy, panoramic terrace of La Table de la Bastide in the La Bastide de Gordes hotel for sunset drinks and a sublime seasonal Provençal dinner.

Favorite Day Trip
Chateau La Coste is extraordinary: The organic vineyard is home to an expansive art and architecture center with works from Frank Gehry, Louise Bourgeois, Jean Nouvel and more.

Favorite Swim Wear
The Sandra One Piece Suit feels very South of France to me: It’s classic and fresh in crimson with white piping and is incredibly flattering.
