Return Policy: ELSE LLC wants you to be completely satisfied and happy with your online purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not, most items can be returned within 30 days from their purchase date for either a refund to the original payment method or for an exchange. ELSE LLC reserves the right to refuse service, credit, and exchanges to anyone who makes excessive or arbitrary returns and exchanges.Refunds will be issued within 10-15 days of receipt of returned merchandise and may take an additional 5-7 days to appear on your account. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
  • Returned within 30 days from the original purchase date
  • Unworn, unwashed, and unalterd
  • Free from stains, pet hair, deodorant marks, damage, and any odors
  • With original tags and hygienic liners intact
Items purchased as ‘Final Sale’ are not eligible for return or exchange. For US returns & exchanges, please visit elselingerie.com/pages/returns. Domestic (US) returns will be charged a $20 shipping label fee. If you are exchanging an item, there is no shipping fee.For international (non-US) returns, please visit web.global-e.com/Returns/Portal/oQry. International return rates will be calculated by our international shipper depending on location and order value. We do not offer exchanges for international orders at this time.Please be aware that taxes and duties are non-refundable for international (non-US) customers in the event of a return.Shipping costs are non-refundable for both domestic and international (non-US) returns. Exception: Los Angeles customers can return from Else Santa Monica Store at no additional charge independent from order value. Shipping Policy: Our order processing takes 1-3 business days before shipment. However, delay may occur due to seasonality (4-5 days). Although expedited shipping orders are prioritized over standard orders, please anticipate at least 1 business day for processing time. Expedited orders placed on Friday after 11 AM EST will not be processed until the following Monday (excluding holidays). ELSE applies the following shipping rates:
  • All US shipments: Free shipping on orders over $250. All orders below $250 will be a flat shipping charge of $20.
  • All non-US shipments: Free shipping on orders over $250. Shipping for orders under $250 will be calculated at checkout.
All ELSE orders are processed in Parsippany, NJ, where the company's warehouse is located. Occasionally, an order may be split and shipped from multiple locations if our main warehouse does not have an item in stock that is available elsewhere in the company. All product prices displayed for international shoppers include local taxes and import duties, and you will not be responsible for any other charges. We kindly don’t accept any order cancellations once an order is dispatched or received at the customs point of the destination country. If a shipment is undeliverable at the destination due to incorrect address, multiple failed attempts, or otherwise, the package may be abandoned at the destination at the recipient’s responsibility.
