REFUNDS / EXCHANGES

Else Lingerie would like you to be completely satisfied and happy with your online purchase. Ordering online can be tricky - especially when it comes to purchasing lingerie. We want to love your new lingerie as much as we do. If for some reason you don't, most items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt. 


To be eligible for returns/exchanges, please note the following criteria;

  • Purchased less than 7 days ago
  • Has not been WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED
  • Remains in original packaging with all tags attached
  • We do not accept returns/exchanges on UNDERWEAR, SWIM, BODYSUITS if the hygenic slip is removed
  • No refunds/exchanges will be issued for merchandise on Sale  
  • LA customers can make their exchanges from Else Melrose Store

Else Lingerie reserves the right to refuse service, credit and exchanges to anyone who, in our opinion makes excessive or arbitrary returns and exchanges.
Refunds will be issued within 10-15 days of receipt of returned merchandise and may take an additional 5-7 days to appear on your account.
